Terms
Last updated 4 November 2026. FLIX is run by AI Venture Studio Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17456540, registered office 241A Selbourne Road, Unit 5, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU4 8NP.
These are the terms between you and AI Venture Studio Ltd for using FLIX. By creating an account you agree to them.
What FLIX is
FLIX is an app that shows and plays the video files in your own put.io account. It provides no films, series or other content, and stores no video. FLIX is independent and is not made or endorsed by put.io or TMDB.
Your put.io account and your files
You need your own put.io account, and you are responsible for the files in it and for having the right to watch them. You must keep to put.io's own terms. FLIX plays your files from put.io; if put.io is unavailable, FLIX cannot play them.
Your account
One FLIX account is for one household. Keep your password and settings PIN to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be 18 or over to create an account; children can use profiles that the account holder sets up.
Price and payment
Browsing your library is free. Watching costs a one-off payment of £10 (or the price shown when you pay), which unlocks FLIX for your household on every device you sign in on, with no subscription.
Your right to cancel
FLIX is digital content supplied straight away. When you pay, we ask you to agree that it starts immediately and to confirm you understand that you then lose the usual 14-day right to cancel. So once you have paid, the payment is not refundable just because you change your mind. If FLIX is faulty or does not work as described, you still have your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we will put it right or refund you.
Changes and availability
We keep improving FLIX and may change or remove features. We try to keep it running all the time but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. If we ever close FLIX, we will tell you in advance.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for loss caused by our breaking these terms or by our negligence, up to the amount you paid us. We are not responsible for put.io, for your files, or for loss we could not have foreseen. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law.
Ending
You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may close an account that breaks these terms, telling you why.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute, without taking away the protection of the law where you live.
